Help with your Storias account and your films, and with using Storias inside ChatGPT and Muse.

Getting help

Signed in to Storias? Choose Get help inside the app at edit.storiasai.com.

Not signed in, or cannot sign in? Email privacy@bearishfh.com. We reply within two business days.

If a film failed, send us the short reference you were shown (for example Green 7F3A) and the email address you sign in with. The reference is how we find the film.

Storias in ChatGPT and Muse

You can make a film without leaving the chat. Watch how it works.

Connect

In ChatGPT or Muse, add Storias, sign in to your Storias account, and approve once. After that, just ask in plain words.

What it can do

Show you the looks, and which one suits your video.
Make a film from a video you attach, or from a link to one.
Follow the film while it is made, and give you links to watch and download it.
Show your credits and your recent films.

Credits

A film uses your Storias credits: 1 credit for each second of the finished film, and at least 15 credits for a film. The assistant asks before it spends any. You can add credits at storiasai.com/pricing.

Your films

A finished film is final. It cannot be edited or re-cut afterwards.

The links to watch and download a film stop working after about two hours. The film itself stays in your Storias account, so you can open it at edit.storiasai.com to watch or download it again. How long we keep films is in the Privacy Policy.

Disconnect

Open edit.storiasai.com → Settings → Connected apps → Disconnect. The connection stops working at once.

Common questions

A film failed. What do I do?

You are shown a short reference, like Green 7F3A. Send it to us (see Getting help) and we will find the film. A film that fails is never charged.

It says I do not have enough credits.

The assistant tells you how many more credits the film needs, and nothing starts. Add credits at storiasai.com/pricing, then ask again.

Which looks are vertical only?

Pro looks and Captions are vertical only (9:16). Ultra looks can be vertical (9:16) or widescreen (16:9).
